Assess
A written read of what you're running: dependencies, traffic, release process, monitoring gaps, backup posture, and where the risk sits.
Solutions
Stack Harbor productizes managed infrastructure and DevOps work into named offers. You see what's included, who it's for, and how the engagement starts. No plan grids, no à-la-carte pricing puzzles.
How engagements start
A written read of what you're running: dependencies, traffic, release process, monitoring gaps, backup posture, and where the risk sits.
We propose the operating model (what stays, what moves, what gets rebuilt) and a fixed quote scoped to drivers.
We do the move or the cleanup ourselves: staging, cutover, rollback plan, performance validation, and launch support.
Monthly engagement: monitoring, patching, backups, incident response, vendor escalation, and a written improvement roadmap.

Common questions
Services are the technical capability layer: Cloud Compute, Cloud PaaS, Managed Operations. Solutions are productized engagements built on those services for a specific business shape (an agency portfolio, an enterprise WordPress estate, an AWS account). Most engagements start with a Solution and run on one or more Services underneath.
Solutions are scoped to environment drivers (number of sites, traffic profile, infrastructure footprint, incident posture) and quoted as a fixed monthly retainer or a fixed project price. We don't bill by the ticket. Pricing is shared after the initial assessment, never on a public plan grid.
Most engagements are takeovers. The first phase is always an assessment of what you're running and where the risk sits, even if the eventual move is a rebuild rather than lift-and-shift. Greenfield is straightforward; takeovers are where senior engineering pays off.
No. The written assessment is part of the initial consult, so you leave with something useful even if you engage someone else. If we're a fit, it becomes the input to the fixed quote and the operating roadmap.
Yes. After the consult, we walk you through the client console: the same dashboard you'll use to file tickets, see open incidents, view monitoring, and pull reports. It is the surface your team will work in, not a sales mock.
Tell us what you're running. We'll route you to the right Solution and the Services underneath it.
